Power BI Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Maintain data pipelines and integrations with Oracle Fusion and eLynx systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI tools.
• Support the continuous improvement of reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Troubleshoot data or system issues and implement corrective actions.

Competencies:

• Strong command of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of database management, particularly SQL and Oracle.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques to represent KPIs and insights effectively.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Capable of managing multiple reporting projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
