Power BI Specialist

We are looking for a Power BI Specialist to join our team and work on advanced data analytics and reporting initiatives.

📍 Location: On-site

⏳ Contract Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build efficient and scalable data models using DAX and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into BI solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric tools (Dataflows, Pipelines, OneLake) to support self-service analytics.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and optimize report performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent.
• Experience with Python or Azure Data Platform.
