Job Description: Power-BI & Tableau – Technical Lead (Exp: 7 Years to 10 Years)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power-BI & Tableau skilled as a Technical Lead.

Technical Expertise:

Experience should have 7 to 10 years of Data Analytics on Power-BI & Tableau.
Strong expertise in Power Query (M), DAX, advanced data modeling, and visualization best practices.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL workflows, and data warehousing concepts.
Strong understanding of Tableau dashboards.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Proven experience in leading teams of developers/analysts and delivering enterprise BI projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
Understanding on the SDLC.
Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
Should have good oral and written communication.
Should be a good team player.
Should be proactive and adaptive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end BI solution lifecycle: requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Design and implement scalable Power BI solutions including complex data models, DAX measures, and interactive dashboards.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Power BI developers and analysts.
Knowledge to understand the Tableau dashboard.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineering teams to define KPIs and reporting standards.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards (RLS, access control, audit).
Drive performance optimization of BI solutions and manage large-scale datasets.
Establish best practices for BI development, version control, and deployment processes.
Evaluate and recommend BI tools, including Tableau, for organizational needs.
Conduct code reviews, technical workshops, and user training sessions.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to translate business problems into BI solutions.
