Power Generator Factory Interior Layout Designer

We are hiring a skilled solo freelancer to execute a power generator factory interior layout for our 31,500+ square meter diesel generator & acoustic canopy factory in the GCC.

Scope of work

You will deliver a complete, build-ready industrial facility design, optimized for efficiency, constructability, and cost control, covering the full workflow:

Raw material intake → fabrication → assembly → testing → finished goods dispatch

Deliverables must be clearly demonstrated through:

• Accurate 2D factory layouts
• Coordinated 3D models
• Workflow diagrams / animations showing forklifts, cranes, and production flow

The facility includes:

• Diesel generator assembly & testing
• Acoustic soundproof canopy steel fabrication
• Electrical control panel (ATS / synchronization) assembly
• Administrative and operational support areas

Additional information

Scope is strictly interior industrial design.

Exterior design is completed and frozen.

Budget is negotiable.

Ideal Candidate

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (2D &3D animation)

- Experience with factory layouts & work flows

- Understanding of GCC environmental conditions

- Ability to work independently and swiftly
