What You Will Be Doing ?

• Developing business process-oriented solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Designing and building user-friendly applications with Power Apps
• Automating business processes with Power Automate
• Leveraging Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI services to develop AI-powered enhancements for Power Platform solutions
• Analyzing business needs in collaboration with different departments and producing technical solutions
• Monitoring platform performance and providing optimization and improvement recommendations
• Preparing technical documentation and delivering user training
• Taking an active role in workshops and hackathons, providing training and guidance
• Keeping up to date with the latest Power Platform technologies and applying innovations in real-world use cases.

What We Expect ?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, preferred Computer Engineering or Software Engineering,
• Min. 5+ years of experience total professional experience,
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.)
• Experience and knowledge in developing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI services
• Ability to analyze business processes and effectively communicate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements
• Strong skills in designing and developing user-friendly, intuitive applications
• Practical experience in building and managing automation processes
• Ability to monitor platform performance and provide improvement and optimization suggestions
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and delivering end-user training
• Willingness and ability to actively participate in workshops, hackathons, and similar events
• A proactive approach to following emerging technologies and implementing innovative solutions
• Preferably holding relevant Microsoft Power Platform and Azure certifications (PL-200, PL-400, etc.)
• Good command of English (ability to understand technical documentation and communicate when necessary)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Solid understanding of data sources and integration methods, including Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server / Azure SQL for data querying and analysis, SharePoint as a common data source in apps, and experience integrating external systems via REST APIs / SOAP services; familiarity with Azure Logic Apps for handling complex integration scenarios is a plus.
