Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to meet business requirements.

Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources.

Create Power Automate (Flow) workflows to automate business processes.

Collaborate with Dynamics 365 functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing support.
-
Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user manuals.
-
Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform and Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

1 year of hands-on experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI preferred).

Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM modules.

Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure connectors.

Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and JSON (for Dynamics 365 customization).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with Power Pages or Power Virtual Agents.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization using plugins or workflows.

Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices.
-
Microsoft Certification in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (PL-100, PL-200, etc.).
