As an Outdoor Salesman, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through outdoor activities, such as door-to-door canvassing, street events, and outdoor exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, calls, meetings, and sales outcomes.
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience and knowledge in Power Tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
