Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PowerChart & PowerOrders Analyst to support clinical workflows, CPOE functionality, and EMR optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical application configuration, workflow analysis, and healthcare informatics, ensuring efficient and compliant electronic ordering processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Workflow & CPOE Support

  • Analyze, design, and optimize clinical workflows within PowerChart
  • Configure and support PowerOrders (CPOE) functionality
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical teams to improve order sets and documentation workflows
  • Troubleshoot clinical application issues and provide root cause analysis
  • Support upgrades, testing cycles, and system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and patient safety standards

Application Configuration & Technical Support

  • Perform build and maintenance activities in:
  • Cerner PowerChart
  • Cerner PowerOrders
  • Support basic development/customization using:
  • Cerner Command Language (CCL basics)
  • Cerner MPages
  • Assist with testing, validation, and go-live support

Clinical Informatics & Integration

  • Apply clinical informatics principles to optimize provider workflows
  • Support interoperability initiatives using:
  • SMART on FHIR
  • Collaborate with integration teams for API-based data exchange
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience supporting PowerChart and PowerOrders
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and CPOE processes
  • Basic working knowledge of CCL scripting
  • Experience with MPages customization/support
  • Understanding of clinical informatics concepts
  • Exposure to SMART on FHIR and interoperability frameworks
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospital or large healthcare enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting EMR upgrades and regulatory initiatives
  • Knowledge of HL7/FHIR integrations
  • Clinical background (RN, PharmD, MD, or allied health) preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida
