Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PowerNote & PowerForms Analyst to support clinical documentation build, structured form configuration, and quality-driven data capture within the EHR environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in clinical documentation workflows, form rules configuration, structured data elements, and quality reporting alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Documentation Build
• Design, build, and maintain documentation templates using:
• Cerner PowerNote
• Cerner PowerForms
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical stakeholders to optimize documentation workflows
• Configure dynamic documentation elements aligned with specialty-specific needs
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles

Form Rules & Data Elements

• Build and maintain structured forms with:
• Conditional logic
• Form rules and validation logic
• Dynamic data capture elements
• Configure discrete data fields for downstream reporting and analytics
• Ensure alignment between clinical documentation and structured data models
• Troubleshoot documentation issues and perform root cause analysis

Quality Measures & NLP Concepts

• Align documentation templates with clinical quality measures and regulatory reporting requirements
• Support capture of discrete data for quality programs (e.g., CMS, HEDIS, Core Measures)
• Apply foundational knowledge of NLP concepts to improve documentation structuring and extraction readiness
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams for data accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in clinical documentation build
• Hands-on experience with PowerNote and PowerForms configuration
• Strong understanding of form rules, logic, and structured data elements
• Experience supporting quality measures and regulatory documentation requirements
• Understanding of clinical workflows and provider documentation practices
• Familiarity with NLP concepts in healthcare documentation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or large healthcare systems
• Knowledge of clinical informatics principles
• Exposure to CCL reporting or backend data validation
• Understanding of interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR)
• Clinical background (RN, HIM, or related discipline) preferred

Pay: ₹404,189.46 - ₹1,645,732.05 per year
