About the Role


The Specialist - Asset Management plays a vital role in supporting the operational and analytical aspects of Sanad Capital's engine and component portfolio management. Working closely under the guidance of the Head - Asset Management and senior team members, you will assist in asset valuation, teardown coordination, repair monitoring, data reporting, and parts trading activities. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance with procedures, and timely execution of asset management tasks to help achieve the company's commercial and operational objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support Asset Management Operations (30%) - Coordinate daily engine and component asset activities including acquisition, teardown, repair, and sales tracking. Maintain and update asset databases and documentation, and prepare operational summaries for management.
  • Assist in Teardown and Repair Coordination (20%) - Track teardown progress and repair timelines with vendors and MRO facilities, verify reports and costs, and coordinate logistics and procurement to ensure compliance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting (20%) - Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data. Generate dashboards and KPI reports on repair status, costs, and part sales, and identify discrepancies with recommendations.
  • Commercial Support (15%) - Prepare valuation spreadsheets, financial models, and commercial proposals. Support bid evaluations and quotation comparisons, and maintain supplier and customer relationships.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement (10%) - Ensure activities comply with approved procedures, quality standards, and governance. Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Learning and Collaboration (5%) - Engage in coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, supporting Emiratization and team development.
Who we are looking for


We are seeking a motivated Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience in aviation asset management, MRO operations, or engine/component sales support. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with preferred additional certifications in Asset Management, Aviation Leasing, or Financial Analysis.

You possess hands-on experience in asset tracking, teardown coordination, repair management, and reporting, with a strong understanding of aviation regulations, OEM manuals, and basic financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools is essential.
