Looking for a PowerPoint Presentation Designer:

Job Description:

Design and deliver branded PowerPoint templates for multiple departments within Group, ensuring consistency and adherence to corporate brand guidelines.

Period Required:

18 months contract

Contract Type:

Design and Delivery of Editable PowerPoint Presentation upon request.

Frequency:

One-time delivery of specific templates, then, upon request edits with possible future updates.

Scope Of Works:

Objective:
Develop a suite of branded, editable PowerPoint presentations and templates to serve the communication needs of the C-suite management and leadership, presenting important data and messages like financial reports, annual reports, CEO and board presentations, ensuring brand consistency and ease of use across all departments.

Requirements:

● Design & Branding:

o Apply Group brand colors, fonts, and styles consistently.

o Design custom bullet points & icons aligned with branding.

o Include footer branding and slide numbering.

o Interpreting data and information provided by Group to clear, useful presentations and designs.

● Functionality:

o Master Slide-based templates for easy editing.

o Editable text boxes and bullet points.

o Consistent typography (font family, sizes, and styles) across all templates.

● Complete presentations development:

o Developing, designing and execution of entire presentations upon request, building on content provided by group, such as:

▪ Pitch decks for investment purposes

▪ General/ Basic Template for all purpose use (6-8 slides)

▪ Company Profile (and subsidiaries)

▪ Financial reports

▪ Annual reports

▪ Events presentations

● Intended audiences:

o Make sure the presentations deliver the value and serve the communication goals for intended audiences:

▪ Investors (current and prospected).

▪ Boards and higher leadership.

▪ Strategic partners.

● Content Elements:

o Content Page (Table of Contents) for navigation.

o Branded charts and graphs.

o Slide separators for section breaks.

o Appendix page in all templates.

o Special designs and elements as needed to present data clearly

● Images & Visuals:

o Include editable image placeholders for easy replacement.

o Apply branded background images in Master Slides for consistency.

o Design images and graphs as needed to present data clearly.

● Deliverable:

o Editable PPTX format.

o Animated Presentations
