PowerPoint Presentation Specialist

Job Overview
We are a creative agency specializing in branding, web design, print, and presentation development for continuing medical education. Our team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to assist in formatting and organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with structured guidelines in a deadline-driven setting.

Primary Tasks:

• Format and refine PowerPoint presentations in accordance with established style and citation guidelines
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high attention to detail across all materials
• Edit and adjust graphics as needed (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred)
• Utilize AI tools, as needed, to enhance precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines and project requirements
• Communicate clearly and effectively in a small team environment
• Provide availability for weekend work, as needed (primarily Fridays–Sundays during peak event times)

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in an agency or in-house creative team (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Proficiency in:

• Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Must include a resume, samples of work to be considered. Potential PowerPoint formatting/guidelines assessment to follow initial interview.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
