PowerPoint Specialist / Presentation Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled PowerPoint Specialist / Presentation Designer to design and deliver impactful presentations that communicate complex information with clarity, creativity, and precision. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling slides.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations for clients across various sectors, with a primary focus on Finance and Healthcare.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content, objectives, and the target audience.
• Create visually engaging slides that align with brand guidelines and enhance storytelling.
• Convert raw data, charts, and reports into clear and impactful visuals.
• Develop custom templates, graphics, and layouts for consistency across materials.
• Ensure presentations are optimised for different formats (in-person, virtual, print).
• Work on quick-turnaround projects while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices for corporate presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a PowerPoint Specialist, Presentation Designer, or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (animations, master slides, templates).
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) are a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, visually engaging slides.
• Excellent typography, layout, and colour theory skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Design background in consulting, finance, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Experience working with senior executives and high-stakes presentations.
• Knowledge of data visualisation best practices.
