Powersports Administrative Accounting & Title Clerk

We’re hiring a detail-oriented professional to join our fast-paced powersports team! This role combines data entry, accounting, AP/AR, sales paperwork processing, and office support. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive on multitasking, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle accounts payable & receivable (invoices, posting payments, collections).
  • Break down and process weekly sales deal paperwork.
  • Enter inventory and create sales packets for each unit.
  • Manage data entry, filing, and office records.
  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Assist with accounting and reconciliations.
  • Support customers, lenders, and state agencies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with AP/AR, accounting, or sales paperwork (powersports dealership experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Lightspeed software experience is highly valued.
  • Strong typing and data entry accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, office-based.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
