Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations
    • Maintain accurate records of sales/ inventory and customer information
    • Assist with scheduling appointments for sales and service departments
    • Process paperwork for vehicle sales and trade-ins
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
    • Support the finance department with paperwork and customer financing applications
    • Prepare and distribute reports as requested by management
    • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.


Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
    • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in an automotive dealership or related industry)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ Outlook) and basic accounting software
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
