We are seeking an experienced Powertrain Automotive Claims Adjuster to join our team. This role is ideal for automotive professionals looking to leverage their technical knowledge in a rewarding office-based or remote environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position Overview

As a Powertrain Automotive Claims Adjuster, you will utilize your technical automotive expertise to review and evaluate warranty and repair claims, communicate with repair facilities, and provide accurate claim resolutions. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive hands-on automotive experience.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• ASE Certification
• Automotive Technical Degree

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Powertrain Technician or Automotive Mechanic
• Automotive Technical Degree or an equivalent combination of technical training and hands-on work experience
• Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair facility
• Familiarity with Flat Rate Manuals
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and powertrain systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
