Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated PPC Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in ad optimization, and the ability to deliver ROI-driven results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Discovery, Video, Performance Max).
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize cost per lead/sale.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC, SEM, and social media advertising trends.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad copies and creatives align with campaign objectives.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaign spends are within limits.

Key Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Video, Performance Max).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Knowledge of PPC strategies, bidding models, and audience targeting.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven 2–5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
• Freshers and Interns are also welcome but with good knowledge of Google ads and Meta ads.
