Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads/sales, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword and audience research to identify the best targeting strategies.
- Write compelling ad copies and work with creative teams for ad visuals and video creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Events Manager.
- Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Create and share detailed performance reports weekly and monthly with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices.
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 –3 years of hands-on experience in running both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
