Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads/sales, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to identify the best targeting strategies.
  • Write compelling ad copies and work with creative teams for ad visuals and video creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Events Manager.
  • Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Create and share detailed performance reports weekly and monthly with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 –3 years of hands-on experience in running both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
