As we expand our Performance Marketing team, we're looking for a passionate, data-savvy, and creative PPC Expert who lives and breathes paid ads. If you’re someone who thrives in an analytics-driven environment and loves scaling ad accounts profitably — we want to meet you.

Your Role: PPC Specialist

As a PPC Expert, you'll lead the setup, optimization, and performance management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day PPC campaign execution: setup, monitoring, and optimization (Google, Facebook, Bing).
Optimize keyword bids, budgets, quality scores, and conversion rates.
Research and expand keyword lists based on client goals and funnel stages.
Create compelling ad copies and visuals (collaborate with design team).
Build and manage remarketing, display, and shopping campaigns.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions.
Stay up-to-date with platform changes (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) and implement best practices.
Track goals, conversion events, and performance using Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams for integrated marketing execution.

Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred)
1–3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads is a must)
Strong analytical and budget management skills

Proficient in:
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Bonus if familiar with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Data Studio
