Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling Google Ads independently and optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
• Analyze data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
• Improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversions
• Track conversions using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with SEO and content teams for campaign alignment
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in PPC / Google Ads
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and KPIs
• Experience with Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and conversion tracking
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
