Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive sales growth, profitability, and ROI. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and a deep understanding of data analysis and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
- Perform daily/weekly campaign optimization (bid adjustments, budget control, placements)
- Identify and scale high-performing keywords and eliminate wasted spend through negative keywords
- Analyze search term reports and expand campaigns with converting queries
- Develop and implement data-driven PPC strategies to improve sales and visibility
- Manage campaign structure, segmentation, and scaling strategies
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with listing, content, and design teams to improve ad performance
- Stay updated with Amazon advertising trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC or paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Advertising Console
- Expertise in campaign structure, keyword targeting, and bid strategies
- Experience working with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of ACoS, TACoS, profitability, and scaling strategies
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets effectively
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills (Expert Level):
- Proven track record of scaling accounts and improving ROI
- Strong understanding of product launches and ranking strategies
- Experience in international marketplaces (US, UK, EU)
- Ability to train/mentor junior PPC resources
- Knowledge of listing optimization and organic ranking impact
