PPC Expert - Google Ads Specialist

As a PPC Expert with strong SEO experience, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms while ensuring that our paid search efforts align with our organic search strategies. You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize both paid and organic search efforts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad copy for improved quality scores and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in both PPC and SEO.
  • Manage budgets effectively and track campaign spend to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
  • Solid experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword strategies, analytics, and budget optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and craft performance-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with retargeting and display campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping Ads or YouTube Ads.
  • Knowledge of tools like SEMRush or Ahrefs is a plus.

P.S. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

If you are shortlisted for an interview, you will be required to bring your laptop and showcase the active Google Ads campaigns you are currently managing. This live demonstration will be an integral part of the hiring process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
