We’re now looking for a PPC Account Manager specialising in Google Ads to join our team and help drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role

As a PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising client accounts across Google Ads, delivering outstanding results that directly impact business growth. You’ll be expected to bring analytical rigour, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and account success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads accounts for a portfolio of e-commerce and lead generation clients.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, campaign builds, and ongoing performance optimisation.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present clear, data-driven reports to clients, highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team (SEO, paid social, creative, CRO) to deliver integrated strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, Google Ads updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results for both e-commerce and lead generation accounts.
  • Highly data-focused with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in client communication, able to explain technical performance clearly and effectively.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC management/reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
