PPC / Google Ads Expert (Onsite – Lahore)

We are hiring a results-driven PPC / Google Ads Expert to join our growing healthcare organization in Johar Town, Lahore. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based medical practices, with a strong emphasis on local and location-based advertising.

Important Note:
This is a full-time, onsite position. Remote work is not available. Fixed evening shift timings apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Local Service Ads
• Run location-based and geo-targeted campaigns for U.S. cities and clinics
• Manage local ads for healthcare services (Pain Management, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, etc.)
• Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
• Optimize campaigns for leads, calls, and appointment bookings
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, and Tag Manager
• Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics
• Continuously improve Quality Score and landing page alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Google Ads / PPC Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Local Search Ads & geo-targeting
• Experience running ads for service-based or healthcare businesses (preferred)
• Solid understanding of:
• Keyword match types
• Conversion tracking
• Call tracking
• Local intent keywords (“near me”, city-based terms)
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Good English communication (written & spoken)
