PPC Intern (Performance Marketing Trainee)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic PPC Intern who is eager to build a career in Performance Marketing. You will work closely with the senior digital marketing team to learn and execute online advertising strategies across Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. This internship provides hands-on, real client campaign experience with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation.
• Support in creating ad copies, creatives guidance, and campaign structures.
• Track and analyze impressions, clicks, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI under mentor supervision.
• Learn end-to-end campaign optimization, reporting techniques, and performance strategies.
• Coordinate with the content and creative team to ensure campaign alignment.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or final-year student (Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn PPC & lead generation strategies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Additional Preferences (Not Mandatory)

• Previous internship or exposure at a Digital Marketing Agency is a plus.
• Familiarity with CPL & Lead Generation campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads.
• Understanding of audience targeting & conversion tracking is an advantage.
