Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive (PPC/ Paid Media Specialist) to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, along with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Create and execute rich media campaigns with strong audience targeting.
• Handle portfolio-level bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Identify and analyze trends and insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Maintain a streamlined workflow with powerful reporting dashboards.
• Ensure high-quality campaign execution with immaculate attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.

Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in paid media / PPC campaign management.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing multiple PPC campaigns at once.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills.
