Purpose:
Drive consistent, high-quality patient enquiries through advanced paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. This person will own performance marketing end-to-end — strategy, setup, optimisation, tracking, and ROI delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
  • Conduct advanced audience targeting and A/B testing for maximum CTR and conversions.
  • Integrate ad campaigns with Zoho CRM for accurate lead tracking and attribution.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to achieve target CPL and ROAS.
  • Report weekly with clear insights and recommendations.

Core Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and retargeting platforms.
  • Strong data interpretation and budget optimisation skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or lead-generation industries (UK preferred).
  • Advanced understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics dashboards.

Success KPIs:

  • Cost per lead (CPL) within target.
  • Click-through rate (CTR) improvement month-on-month.
  • Lead-to-patient conversion uplift.
  • ROAS growth across campaigns.
  • Accurate attribution through CRM integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
