Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic PPC / SEO Sales Director to lead our performance marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth through innovative digital advertising solutions. Duties
- Lead the sales efforts for PPC and SEO services, identifying prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Develop tailored digital marketing solutions utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Advertising, and affiliate marketing networks.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to craft effective media plans that maximize ROI.
- Manage end-to-end PPC campaign management including setup, optimization, budgeting, and reporting using tools like Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies that enhance visibility and conversions.
- Oversee social media management campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure cohesive brand messaging and engagement growth.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques for on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and conversion rate optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor campaign performance continuously; analyze data to refine strategies for better results while maintaining budget efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, media buying, and new advertising platforms to keep our offerings innovative and competitive.
Experience
- Proven track record in performance marketing sales or digital marketing leadership roles with a focus on PPC/SEO services.
- Extensive experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Advertising campaigns, with demonstrated success in achieving client KPIs.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with hands-on experience using SEO tools for keyword research and website optimization.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for tracking campaign effectiveness and user behavior insights.
- Expertise in media planning, media buying strategies, budgeting processes, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing networks and program management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to clients at all levels.
