We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and highly experienced Senior PPC Specialist to join our Fantastic Marketing Team! Someone who will be engaged with planning and running our PPC campaigns and tracking and managing our paid budgets. A person who will be focused on internet advertising and ensuring that ads and promotion activities have the most astounding return on investment.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with our PPC Lead and marketing team to create, plan, manage, and scale PPC campaigns (Google Search, PMax, LSA) and Affiliate markets.
• Brainstorm and map out successful campaign flows, focusing on generating high-quality leads (phone calls and form submissions).
• Utilize WordPress to build, edit, and A/B test landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report PPC campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Actively test keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies to hit target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS.
• Keep yourself updated on the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to achieve the company's business goals.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of paid search experience (specifically Google Ads).
• Experience in Lead Generation (Home Services is a big plus).
• Excellent English proficiency is a must (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with WordPress for landing page management.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on your accounts while being a strong team player.
