Job Overview

WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for global clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and a data-driven approach to improving performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization
• Create and test ad copies, extensions, and landing page alignment
• Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Monitor budgets, ROI, CPA, and other performance metrics
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to improve campaign outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with conversion tracking and goal setup
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of remarketing and audience targeting
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
