PPE Purchase Executive

• Conduct market research to identify reliable PPE vendors that offer latest, newly launched, high-quality, certified products at competitive prices.
• Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, pricing, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Procure a wide range of PPE, including but not limited to hard hats, safety goggles, face shields, gloves, respirators, protective clothing, and safety footwear.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as Safety, Operations, and Maintenance, to accurately forecast PPE demand and procurement needs.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors to secure favorable deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure a resilient supply chain and consistent quality.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular performance reviews.
• Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers regarding deliveries, product quality, or contracts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
