Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPF Supervisor located in Doha. The PPF Supervisor will oversee and manage the installation of paint protection films (PPF) on various vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the PPF installation team, ensuring high-quality application standards, training and mentoring installation technicians, conducting quality checks, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment. The PPF Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with clients and addressing their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and managing a team.
• Proficiency in paint protection film (PPF) installation techniques.
• Skills in training, mentoring, and conducting quality checks.
• Strong inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in auto detailing or PPF installation.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Pay: QAR2,200.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
