Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement fun, stimulating lessons using play, crafts, songs, and stories.
• Classroom Environment: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and growth.
• Student Development: Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
• Assessment: Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular contact with parents about their child's development.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers and staff on school-wide initiatives.
• Record Keeping: Maintain attendance and progress records.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Often requires a Pre-Primary Teacher Training (PPTTC) course or similar certification. (NTT, diploma in elementary education along with 3 yrs experience)
• Classroom Management: Ability to manage young children effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience & Empathy: Essential for working with preschoolers.
• Creativity: To design engaging activities.
• Organization: To manage materials and routines.

Typical Duties

• Setting up and organizing classroom displays and equipment.
• Using varied teaching methods like group work, play, and independent exploration.
• Promoting teamwork and positive behaviors like discipline and punctuality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
