We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping businesses strengthen their online and offline presence. We are looking for a creative and proactive PR & Marketing Executive who can build strong public relations, manage marketing activities, and drive brand growth in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR & marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, media professionals, and influencers in Pune.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.
• Create and distribute press releases, marketing content, and promotional material.
• Support the sales team by generating leads and assisting with client communication.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Represent the agency at networking events, client meetings, and business forums.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Must be based in Pune with good local contacts/network.
• 1–3 years of experience in PR, Marketing, or Digital Marketing (agency/brand side). Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of marketing and digital trends.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
