About the Role: PR & Communications Lead

We’re looking for a PR & Communications professional to join our founding team full-time. In this role, you’ll take the lead on shaping Mixo’s voice, managing our brand presence, and driving all external and internal communications initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the founders to craft and execute communication strategies that amplify our vision, build industry credibility, and engage our ecosystem. This is a high-ownership, dynamic position suited for someone who thrives in startup environments and takes initiative to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mixo’s overall PR and communications strategy.
• Manage all external communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, LinkedIn, and media outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for visibility, including awards, partnerships, and speaking engagements.
• Craft compelling narratives and content that communicate our mission, milestones, and impact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely updates across channels.
• Support founders with key messaging, thought leadership, and public appearances.
• Track communication metrics and continuously refine strategies for better engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, and communications.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, able to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and LinkedIn.
• Bonus: Experience with brand strategy, social media management, or corporate communications.

Location & Compensation

• Location: Work from home
• Engagement: Full-time
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month)
