PR INTERN / ASSISTANT – MUSIC LABEL (LOS ANGELES)

PR + Artist Management Internship

We’re looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized intern to join our team and help support artist development, media strategy, and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced music and entertainment environment.

This is for someone who thrives under pressure, moves with urgency, understands culture, and wants real hands-on experience in building artists and brands from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with press outreach, media pitching, and PR strategy
• Supporting artist rollouts, music releases, and campaign execution
• Helping coordinate office hours, scheduling, and daily priorities
• Handling administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
• Contributing to social media strategy, content creation, and digital growth
• Collaborating with artists, influencers, and content creators
• Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, blogs, and digital platforms

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has high energy and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Is willing to push boundaries and go beyond limits
• Has experience with social media, content creation, or working with artists/creators
• Is organized and can manage scheduling, deadlines, and assistant responsibilities
• Has strong communication skills and a “figure it out” mindset
• Understands music, trends, internet culture, and digital marketing
• Wants to be part of building and scaling an artist and label

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (must be able to drive)
• Must have access to a laptop

Bonus Qualifications

• Background in PR, Communications, or Music Business
• Experience managing Instagram/TikTok pages or creator campaigns
• Previous experience in entertainment, talent management, or digital marketing

Internship Details

This is an internship position with the opportunity for college credit, and potential compensation based on experience, performance, and work ethic.

This is not a passive internship.

You will be actively involved in building something real.

Pay: Up to $800.00 per month
