PR MANAGER / UGC / CONTENT CREATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Create authentic and engaging user-style content (videos, photos, testimonials, reels, TikToks, etc.) for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand goals, product features, and target audience.
• Develop creative concepts and scripts for relatable, trend-driven content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to brand content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, values, and guidelines.
• Track engagement and analyze content performance to improve future output.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, influencer, or UGC specialist.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Excellent sense of storytelling, authenticity, and audience engagement.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering natural, relatable content.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools or mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, VN).
