PR & Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaker) Dubai

At Bakerist - one of Dubai's most-loved bakery-café brands - we're on a mission to spark joy in the community through great food and storytelling.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain media & influencer relationships (especially Arabic-speaking creators)
• Manage press releases, media kits, interviews, and event PR
• Support marketing campaigns across branches, including visuals & content
• Drive influencer partnerships from outreach to reporting
• Represent Bakerist at events and activations as a brand ambassador
• Write or translate marketing copy in Arabic to engage local audiences

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
• 2-4 years' experience in PR, brand marketing, or F&B lifestyle marketing
• Personable, confident, and creative with strong networking skills
• Aware of trends and Dubai's media & lifestyle scene
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Monthly package - 6000 AED - 8000 AED
