PR & Marketing Executive - Real Estate

Position Title: PR & Communications Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi | Dany Craft Tower, Preedy Quarters
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary: We are hiring a PR & Communications Executive to manage brand reputation, craft compelling communication strategies, and strengthen relationships with media, clients, and stakeholders. The role requires excellent writing, networking, and public speaking skills to represent the company effectively in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft press releases, company statements, and media briefs.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage PR campaigns, events, and media coverage for real estate projects.
• Oversee internal and external communications, including newsletters and announcements.
• Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, or Marketing.
• 2–4 years of PR/communications experience (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Established media contacts and networking ability.
• Confident public speaker with excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
