PR and Media Specialist

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.

·         Manage media inquiries and serve as a liaison between the client, subject matter experts, and journalists.

·         Pitch stories and arrange interviews to secure media coverage for client programs, events, partnerships, and achievements.

·         Develop content for media outlets, website, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels in close coordination with the content writer.

·         Monitor media coverage and prepare regular media analysis reports to evaluate performance and inform strategy.

·         Coordinate and manage press conferences, media briefings, and interview logistics for key initiatives and events.

·         Work closely with the digital and content teams to ensure alignment across all public-facing communications.

·         Provide media training and talking points to spokespeople to ensure effective and consistent messaging.

·          Support crisis communications efforts by managing media responses and helping shape public messaging.

·         Stay updated on trends in science, technology, innovation, and media to identify proactive PR opportunities. 


Social Media Officer

·         Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).

·         Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

·         Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop visual and written content aligned with the brand voice.

·         Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.

·         Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and provide insights to improve performance.

·         Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

·         Support influencer partnerships, paid campaigns, and promotional content where needed.

·         Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Graphic Designer

·         Design high-quality graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including brochures, reports, social media posts, website graphic designs, event branding, signage, and presentations.

·         Ensure all visual communications are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.

·         Collaborate with the content, marketing, and media teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.

·         Translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging visuals such as infographics, charts, and illustrations.

·         Support the development and evolution of the client’s visual identity and brand refresh, including templates, iconography, and style assets.

·         Produce mock-ups, storyboards, and prototypes to present ideas to internal stakeholders.

·         Prepare print-ready files and liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure quality production.

·         Maintain and organize the digital asset library and ensure up-to-date archiving of all creative content.

·         Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the tech, innovation, and science sectors.

·         Assist in creating branded visual content for presentations and key decks for internal and external stakeholders. 


Content Writer

·         Write, edit, and proofread clear and compelling content in both English and Arabic.

·         · Develop content for media outlets, website, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.

·         · Ensure content aligns with the brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.

·         · Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to support campaigns and content needs.

·         · Translate existing content between English and Arabic with cultural sensitivity and context adaptation.

·         · Stay updated on industry trends, language developments, and competitor content strategies.

·         · Manage and prioritize multiple content projects with tight deadlines.
