PR & Social Media Coordinator

2911 Media is a Nashville-based publicity, communications, and media strategy company led by President & CEO Jeremy Westby, an industry executive with more than 25 years of experience across entertainment, public relations, live events, television, and brand positioning. Known for thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, and personalized client service, 2911 Media helps artists, public figures, brands, and organizations shape meaningful narratives and expand their reach with clarity and impact.

We are seeking a highly motivated Publicity Coordinator / Account Executive / Social Media Coordinator to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Nashville.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in publicity, media relations, client coordination, and digital communications.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting press releases, pitches, and media materials
• Building media lists and supporting outreach
• Tracking coverage and campaign results
• Assisting with account coordination and client communications
• Supporting interviews, appearances, launches, and special projects
• Helping manage content calendars and social media execution
• Maintaining organization across multiple fast-moving projects

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of publicity, PR, media relations, and social media
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred
• Relevant internship or early-career experience preferred
• Passion for entertainment, media, and culture is a plus
