Job Summary
We are recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Saudi Public Relations Specialist to support the communications and stakeholder engagement activities for our new chemical manufacturing base in Yanbu. This role is essential for executing daily PR operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth internal and external coordination to uphold the project's positive image and compliance.
2. Key Responsibilities

Media & Communications Support:
Draft press releases, social media content, and internal newsletters in both Arabic and English. Monitor local media and prepare summary reports.

Stakeholder Engagement Assistance:
Support the organization of community meetings, site visits, and corporate events. Maintain records of stakeholder interactions and communications.

Administrative & Logistical Coordination:
Manage the PR department's schedule, handle correspondence, and maintain databases (e.g., media contacts, community leaders).

Visa & Work Permit Process Support:
Under the guidance of the HR and PR Manager,
provide direct administrative support for visa and work permit applications
for department staff or visiting delegates. This includes:

Collecting and verifying required documents from employees or service providers.

Liaising with appointed government relations officers or PROs (Public Relations Officers) to submit applications and track status on platforms like Qiwa or Absher.

Assisting new joiners with orientation regarding residency (Iqama) procedures and required medical tests.
3. Qualifications & Experience

Saudi Arabian nationality is
mandatory
.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
2-4 years of experience in a PR, communications, or administrative role. Experience in an industrial or corporate environment within Saudi Arabia is advantageous.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in
Arabic
and
English (working proficiency)

Good organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in MS Office.

A basic understanding of Saudi government processes and platforms (e.g., Absher) is a plus.
