Sansar Tec is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst to support our clients enterprise Snowflake data warehouse and Informatica environment. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data integration processes, building data models, and enabling advanced reporting and analytics for statewide adoption.

Responsibilities

• Gather and assess business information needs and prepare system requirements.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse models optimized for reporting and analytics.
• Perform ETL/ELT using Informatica IDMC (CDI, MI, CAI, etc.) and Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Administer IDMC platform, Secure Agent Infrastructure, and Snowflake environment.
• Prototype, build, and test BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos.
• Conduct performance tuning for Snowflake and Informatica IDMC environments.
• Validate and review data loaded into the warehouse for accuracy.
• Provide consulting and resolve conflicts in data usage across business units.
• Manage RedHat Linux application administration tasks (security patching, scripts, file systems).
• Work with connectors like PowerExchange, ServiceNow, and other relational sources.
• Develop methods and documentation for ongoing data integration and warehousing practices.
• Analyze IBM Mainframes COBOL, JCL, and DB2 data for integration into the warehouse.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with data management, BI tools, and data warehousing.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Snowflake preferred.
• State Government Experience

Technical Skills (Job-Specific KSAs):

• 7+ years Data modeling for BI tools (Power BI, Cognos).
• 7+ years of strong development experience with Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Expertise with Informatica IDMC (ETL/ELT, performance tuning, administration).
• Experience designing, testing, and deploying Power BI/Cognos dashboards.
• Knowledge of DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake RDBMS platforms.
• Proficiency in RedHat Linux administration (patching, scripts, file systems).
