Laurel College of Technology in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is a private, career-focused school offering hands-on training in Practical Nursing, Electrical Systems Technology, and Cardiovascular Technology. We are currently hiring a full-time PN Nursing Clinical Coordinator Faculty to support our 12-month Practical Nursing program. This role includes both classroom instruction and clinical oversight and requires on-campus presence with occasional travel to clinical sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct didactic, clinical, and simulation lab courses as assigned
• Evaluate and document student progress and clinical performance regularly
• Maintain attendance, grading, and course data in Canvas
• Develop and update syllabi, instructional materials, and evaluation tools
• Grade and return assignments in a timely manner
• Submit midterm and final student evaluations and reports with proper documentation
• Coordinate with Clinical Coordinator and Lead Instructor on schedules and materials
• Attend faculty meetings, in-service trainings, and required school events
• Maintain classroom readiness, request supplies, and report maintenance issues
• Serve as a mentor to students and participate in retention efforts
• Enforce school policies on attendance and academic integrity
• Maintain communication with leadership and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Complete end-of-term and other assigned duties to support program success

This position would require on campus instruction and clinical.

Qualifications: Nursing instructors shall have one of the following groupings of 3 qualifications:
(1) Have a graduate degree with a major in Nursing; have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and be enrolled in a graduate program within 1 year of employment.
(2) At least 3 years of direct patient care in Nursing.
(3) A SC Nurse License that is in good standing.
OR
(1) A baccalaureate degree with a major in Nursing.
(2) At least 10 years’ work experience in direct patient care which is acceptable to the Director.
(3) A SC Nurse License that is in good standing
