Our client, a leading dermatology and aesthetics practice, is seeking a motivated and business-savvy Practice Administrator to drive operational excellence and support ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Workflow:

Oversee daily operations across medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services. Optimize scheduling, patient flow, and practice productivity while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, payer requirements). Collaborate with billing, clinical, and front-desk teams to streamline processes.

  • Financial & Business Management:

Lead revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and financial reporting. Monitor monthly performance, KPIs, and profitability. Support budgeting, vendor negotiations, and cost-control initiatives. Identify opportunities for growth in cosmetic and retail service lines.

  • Team Leadership & HR:

Recruit, onboard, and train staff to build a high-performing, patient-focused team. Conduct performance reviews and implement training or corrective action plans as needed. Foster a positive, professional culture aligned with the practice’s mission and values.

  • Marketing & Patient Experience:

Partner with marketing to promote cosmetic services, events, and loyalty programs. Monitor patient feedback and ensure exceptional service delivery. Support digital marketing and community engagement efforts.

  • Provider Support:

Serve as the operational liaison between providers and staff. Manage provider scheduling, productivity reporting, and recruitment support. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of medical practice management experience, ideally in dermatology, aesthetics, or plastic surgery.
  • Proven track record in staff leadership, financial oversight, and operational growth.
  • Familiarity with dermatology EHR platforms (e.g., EMA, Nextech, ModMed) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative and accountable management style.
