The manager of practice and payer engagement is responsible for managing the relationship with our independent partner practices and managing CKP value-based contracts. We are seeking a director to manage our growing portfolio with a focus on health care quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice -Serve as the primary operational partner for independent nephrology practices aligned with CKP.
- Manage the flow of data from the quality committee to the nephrology providers in concert with the CKP chief medical officer - Primary responsibility for implementation.
- Manage payer contracts - Closely monitor executed payer contracts and implement changes required during the term of the contracts. Ensure that CKP is meeting data-reporting deadlines and quality KPIs required by CMS and other payers (e.g., hospitalization rates, transplant referrals).
- Recruitment - Manage our HR vendor with a focus on onboarding care coordinators embedded in member practices.
- Quality - Responsibility for measuring, communicating, and achieving CKP quality goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in healthcare leadership. Examples- health care quality director, practice manager, business development officer for a health care delivery company.
- Background in healthcare quality management
- Expertise: Value-Based Care (preferred)

Pay: $55,058.73 - $100,000.00 per year
