Practice Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative and financial skills with a passion for supporting recovery-focused care. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the continued growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a team of 5 clinicians
• Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget projections
• Handle administrative functions to support efficient practice operations
• Support business development initiatives and growth strategies
• Coordinate and manage new client admissions
• Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of medical insurance processes and billing
• Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
• Accounting and bookkeeping skills
• Experience with budget development and financial tracking
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to contribute to policy development and implementation
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a person-centered approach
• Demonstrated compassion and professionalism when working with sensitive populations
