Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative and financial skills with a passion for supporting recovery-focused care. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the continued growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for a team of 5 clinicians
- Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget projections
- Handle administrative functions to support efficient practice operations
- Support business development initiatives and growth strategies
- Coordinate and manage new client admissions
- Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of medical insurance processes and billing
- Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
- Accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Experience with budget development and financial tracking
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to contribute to policy development and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a person-centered approach
- Demonstrated compassion and professionalism when working with sensitive populations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
