We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Practice Manager / Clinic Office Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our growing therapy practice. Position Overview

The Practice Manager / Clinic Office Manager serves as the operational leader of Aspen Speech Therapy & Rehabilitation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across clinic locations. This position oversees scheduling, patient experience, office systems, team coordination, operational efficiency, and administrative excellence.

You will work closely with ownership and clinical leadership to support therapists, improve workflows, enhance patient satisfaction, and help the business continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations for Fort Collins and Greeley locations
  • Manage patient scheduling, clinic flow, and office efficiency
  • Lead front office operations and administrative systems
  • Coordinate patient onboarding, intake, insurance verification, and authorizations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, providers, and referral partners
  • Support therapist scheduling and operational logistics
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and administrative team oversight
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Track and improve operational systems and workflows
  • Help strengthen referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, physicians, and community partners
  • Support reporting, KPI tracking, and business operations initiatives
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards are upheld

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of practice management, office management, or healthcare administration experience
  • Experience in a pediatric clinic, therapy office, medical office, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, insurance verification, and healthcare operations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management systems

Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
