Practice Manager, Primary Care Clinic

Professional Health Care of Pinellas is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our leadership team. The Practice Manager provides guidance, training, and works in the clinic with the team coordinating medical office activities to achieve goals and successful outcomes and provide quality patient care. Supervises and is active in the day to day operations of the designated clinics in a variety of areas including but not limited to Front Desk and Medical Assistants. Collaboratively works with the team to develop and implement effective strategies and processes for success. Role model for providing a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in a related field; 3-5 years experience as Medical Office Manager with proven Supervisory experience; and EMR systems experience. Prefer eClinicalWorks experience. Must be Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Florida licensed LPN.
