Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pile Driving Foreman to lead field operations for driven pile projects. This role is critical in ensuring efficient execution, crew coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead pile driving crews on site
- Plan and coordinate daily operations for driven pile installation
- Ensure production targets, alignment, and tolerances are met
- Monitor hammer performance, driving logs, and pile installation records
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers
- Enforce safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
- Troubleshoot field issues (refusals, obstructions, alignment issues)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in driven pile operations
- Proven leadership experience as foreman or lead operator
- Strong knowledge of pile driving methods and equipment (diesel, hydraulic hammers, leads systems)
- Ability to read plans and understand geotechnical reports
- Experience on DOT/infrastructure projects preferred (TxDOT a plus)
Compensation:
$100,000 – $125,000/year (depending on experience)+ Per diem compensation.
Travel Requirements:
This role requires travel to project sites across Texas and Louisiana. A company vehicle or travel allowance will be provided.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Cast Concrete Driven Piles Foreman to lead and oversee the installation of pre-cast concrete driven piles on construction sites. This role involves managing a team of skilled workers, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring that all pile driving activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive construction site experience, and a solid understanding of heavy equipment operation, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques related to foundation work. General Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the installation of pre-cast concrete driven piles, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily work schedules with project managers, crane operators, and crew members to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Oversee the operation of heavy equipment such as pile drivers, cranes, and concrete mixers, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections on-site.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute pile driving procedures.
- Manage rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing tasks, and other related construction activities as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of daily progress, equipment usage, safety incidents, and material inventories for project documentation.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and construction tools.
- Extensive construction site experience with a focus on foundation work, including pile driving and concrete placement.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for working with heavy machinery and construction materials.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control.
